Winter is Coming

Happy 8 months in Perú!

Updated all the sections! Lots of new pics

Alright so it's been over three months since my last post. Here's a quick list:

• Watched GoT, I thought the last season wasn't as bad as people said! That's just me tho
• Got moved to work under some new engineers while my supervisor was gone the whole month of February- got some good work there & am still working with them on various projects!
• Got into a great running schedule for 7 weeks which I quickly abandoned during the following travels.. on my way back to it tho!
• Went to Cusco & MP in March with Andy, also hit up Maras and the Salineras (Shoutout Andy for his first long haul flight, appreciate you making the journey!)
• Went home for a week to surprise my parents! 6 of 6 flights were delayed for that experience. I didn't fly on any of the planes I originally booked lol
• Weekend in Lima with some volunteers & an escape room
• Back through Cusco with Jacob to hike to Choquequirau for Easter weekend
• DOGE got into Peace Corps HQ & we all thought we were getting sent home (lotta cuts to HQ and staff but no direct cuts to volunteers)
• "Mandatory work training" at SEDAPAR which was just a Labor Day dinner and party
• Visit from Dominique & Courtney at the beginning of May
• Back to Cusco to meet up with them + Katie & Tate (Thanks for coming, great seeing you all!!)
• Running the Lima half marathon this Sunday!
• Running up El Misti at the end of June with Jacob
• Solo trip to Puerto Moldonado at some point in the future!

4 months left. Feels too soon.. there's so much to do, people to see, places to go, etc, etc, etc. What da hell.
